Our Story
Ace Fence Company Inc. wasn't born in a corporate boardroom. It was founded in 1963 by Gail's father and uncle — men who believed in hard work, a firm handshake, and doing the job right the first time.
That tradition was carried forward through the family, growing the company and cementing ACE's reputation across the River Valley. Today, Gail and Cory Goodwin are proud to lead the business — living in the same community they serve, with their reputation tied to every post they set and every gate they hang.
Unlike franchise operations or fly-by-night contractors, we have outlasted our competitors (like Modern Fence Co., founded over a decade after us) by maintaining an uncompromising commitment to quality. We are proud to maintain an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.

Gail & Cory Goodwin
Gail and Cory lead ACE Fence today. The company was founded in 1963 by Gail's father and uncle, and has grown into the River Valley's most trusted fence contractor. Every project carries the family's reputation — and they take that seriously.
Bobby
Bobby is ACE Fence's expert gate operator and access control specialist with over 15 years of hands-on experience. He services all major brands — LiftMaster, FAAC, Viking, DoorKing, and more — and brings a methodical, diagnostic approach to every service call. When your gate system needs installing or repairing, Bobby is who you want on the job.
Cody
Field Supervisor & Operations
Cody oversees all field operations and job sites from start to finish — ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards ACE Fence has maintained since 1963. From equipment and crew coordination to final quality checks, Cody makes sure the team has everything they need to get the job done right. His hands-on presence on every project is what keeps ACE's reputation for quality where it belongs: built into every post set and every gate hung.
